Have you lost something in a BERNMOBIL vehicle? BERNMOBIL's lost property office will be happy to help you find it.

Have you lost an item on the bus or tram? Don't worry, report it to our lost property office and we will be happy to help. The easiest and quickest way is to fill out the following form in case of loss. This option is available to you around the clock. 

The next day at our service centre

We will be happy to help you find your mobile phone, teddy bear, umbrella or shopping bag that you have left behind. If items are found in a vehicle, our driving service staff will bring them to us. Call us or send us an e-mail. We will be happy to check for you whether your lost item is waiting for you with us the next morning.

Pick up

You can collect your lost item from our Info & Tickets service centre at Bubenbergplatz 5 from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 09.00 am to 18.00 pm and on Saturdays from 09.00 am to 17.00 pm.
